The bayonet on the Franklin Mint plaque was made by Marto. The original magazine ad for that plaque had a bayonet that was marked M9 over MARTO. Turned out that Marto wasn't licensed to sell the M9 in the US, so to get around the red tape and having to go to a different source for the bayonet, FM simply had Marto remove their name from the blades.
As a side note, there are M9/MARTO marked bayonets. These were made by Marto for commercial sales in Europe. Carlo showed these in a post last week.
