It's a Spuhr mount. Made in Sweden, available through Tactical Night Vision. The most solid scope mount I've ever seen, and priced accordingly.

I shot this over the chronograph today with my standard load (9.2 grains of #9 & 220 gr. SMK) and only got 860 fps. My 12 " gun gives about 1030 fps with the same load. That probably helps explain...
