Scope Adjustments

Ok I have Nikon Monarch 4.5-14 Mildot on the CZ rifle. Went to range this morning using Viht 110 9.6 and 220 gr Sierra HPBT. Seemed to group ok at 100 yards but I ran out of adjustments by about 5-6"...

Ok with all of my load developement using Sierra 220 HPBT and AA1680, Hodgon H110, and AA#9 no 3 shot groups smaller than 2".
Coal is ok. Brass and primer the same.
AA1680 10.30-12.5 Worst groups...
