Strange Buck-184 Buckmaster on ebay

There are a few things that strike me as strange with this auction...

HERE IS THE AUCTION

NOTE - This knife sold for $255.00 US

First Notice that the markings on the blade are upside down...



Obviously the sheath is not original but I notice that the seller also has one of the small pouches so perhaps the seller needed the original sheath for another knife? The spikes are described as not being original...

I am really curious if this is a factory mutent just the same as if that is a factory knife with the markings engraved upside down it would be the first I have seen like this.
