Quick question?

I found a old clausing horizontal mill with a bridgeport M head mounted on it, I am waiting to hear back from the guy, but was hopeing someone one here could answer quicker. By putting that M head on that machine, will it make it a Vertical Mill, or will it still be a Horizonal?
Thanks greg
