yeah i bought one of them. the same seller had a NIB buckmaster 184 that i snatched up too. seems too good to be true so im cautious.

The seller has decent feedback, I would have grabbed both of these at that price! I hope you share photos as it is great to see people finding great deals. Makes me more interested to look too

Well they both came today and they are just as advertised. They both still had the cosmoline or whatever oil they ship them with originally. The 185 came with everything but a compass and the pouch. The 184 came with everything but the pouch. That makes 4 184's and 1 185 and none of them have the Buck pouches. I'm still trying to get a camera for pictures.


Also, i noticed that the 185 blade is only 1/4 thick as opposed to the .290 of the 184.

Congrats, I am going to need to keep an eye on that seller's auctions

As for the blade thickness, I thought my Buck-185 was the same blade as the Buck-184 but I have not looked at it in a long time. Perhaps I need to dig mine out of the safe and look again.
