introduction
Hi. love guns of all types; knives, othr weapons, etc. learning about surplus, interested in eventually making knives. also into self defense, etc. Love to know how to do it all myself; woodscraft, etc. have bought knives and guns for many years, no big collection, just variety, etc.
thinking of reducing the number and variety and going for exceptional quality, users. all of a sudden not as interested in the variety cause i only own them but do not use them all. example : 3 double barrels ... ruger .270 #1 and 7 rem mag and always use same shotgun and same rifle; same with the knives, have different blade shapes, and sizes and actually use very few, though use more different nives than hunting rifles.
found the site looking for extremely accurate arms, considering military / police / varmint type weapons semi or bolt or single shot. found the site informative and the folks experienced. Love it.
Dan kennison - a coonass for sure.

New guy from PA
Hello everyone. Just checking in here. I live in south central PA. 12 year U.S. Army Veteran. I served with the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment in Operation Desert Storm (my avatar is the 2D ACR patch). I carried my issued M7 during Desert Storm. That was the first time that bayonet had been out of my Troop's arms room in one hell of a long time. It was not until I got stateside again in 1992, with the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment that I actually got issued a M9. I had to turn that one back in when I left the Regiment. Been out of the service since '96. I am new to the M9 addiction, but am a long time FALcaholic. There seems to be a great bunch of folks here and a vast wealth of information.

hello everyone,
Hi, I go by Rockwolf66 online and I'm from California. Currently I am stuck here as I am a student and cannot afford to get out.
My intrerests are Women, firearms, knives, literature and rock & Roll( not usually in that order).
As far as knives go they are cheaper to collect than firearms and I can always find a use for them.

Hi, everyone, I'm from Massachusetts and I've been interseted in combat knives and bayonets from the last 7 years or so. And I wish to gain further knowledge on this subject. And I also love firearms and soon I would like to start collecting them as a Hobby.

Hello All,
I'm LT from West By God Virginia. I have been interested in knives and bayonnets from an early age. I just started collecting in earnest. I recently bought 3 Buckmaster 184's. (Pre-patent, blood grooved and I guess regular) I am a US Army Vet. Afghanistan and Iraq x 2. I was looking for information on the Buckmaster and other knives when I found this site. Thanks for hosting it, and I hope to get to know several of you well. LT

I joined this forum to find a made in America (or Germany they make good blades) M9 bayonet that will fit a Mossberg 590 and A Bushmaster M4. I appreciate all help and advice I can get. Thank you.

M-7 bayonet collector
My name is Bill and I use the name K75thranger in honor of my brother Frank who was KIA on July 8th, 1969 serving as a sniper with the 4th Infantry Division assigned to the 75th Rangers K Company. I have been collecting M-7 bayonets for about six years now. I only specialize in collecting the different variations of the M-7. I currently have 103 different types of M-7's, from the green handled Colt's (all three types), to the recent Chinese M-7's (in order to fit the AR-15 the crossguard ring has to be bored out). I have German, Belgium, Pananmanian, Thailand, Indonesian,Phillipino,Canadian,Australian, Israeli, North Korean, and South Korean variations. I have all the US manufactorers...BOC, COLT, CONETTA, FZR, GEN CUT, IMPERIAL, MILPAR, MIL-TEC, ONTARIO, and TAC. I was even lucky enough to get a Product Improved variation from the Army Ranger test trials in 1975 (number 33). I also have three of the Imperial Vietnam War Commemortive bayonets (US ARMY, USMC, and US AIR FORCE. If anyone has the US Navy variation in it's original presentation case, I would be happy to purchase it from you. Also any variations that you may have to add to my collection I would be interested in. If you have any questions about M-7's, feel free to ask, if I don't know I will find out for you
