Wink Just listed on the "New Classified"

Take a look, the last upper and lower you will need to buy...
A quick change AR system allowing you to change out calibers in 3-4 minutes...
And carry it all in an oversized brief case to boot!!!

Hello Don't,
That looks like a nice package.
But the problem is that you need to resight your scope everytime you change the bareel to a different calibre/barrel.
Not very convenient when you have so much to play with...

D-Mon,

Not as much work as you think. I use the .223 barrel settings as zero and when I change barrels the bushnell scope has VERY positive clicks, finger adjustable turrets and you just dial down 16 and right 4 for one caliber, another is left 4 clicks and up 8 clicks. Really no different than beng sighted in for 100 yds and moving to 300 yds, you dial in your adjustment and shoot. The 7.62X39 pretty much hits were the .223 match ammo does when I use the winchester white box stuff.

When you are done with that caliber you just dial back to the .223 and you are always at zero. With my match ammo I can remove the .223 barrel, go back to it and hold within 1 moa in most cases. The system MGI uses on their uppers is very repeatable.

This allows me to use one scope and the rifle fits you the same with each caliber since you are only changing the barrels (and bolt for the 7.62X39). Not to mention a barrel/gas block and gas tube are a whole lot cheaper than a whole nother upper with scope, free floated HG, bipod and mount, rail system, etc. It also kind of reinforcest the old saying "beware of the man who shoots one gun as he shoots it well!"...

Anywho, like I said it isn't everyones cup of tea, but it does have its place and it fills that place very very well...
