Interesting site. This makes me wonder if you couldn't take 220gr. Hornady bullets and split them two ways on a band saw and get some really good expansion. I see some experimenting in my future.

I would start with a 240 gr SMK and after the bandsaw removed the width of the cut - you might end up with a 220 grain bullet.

Hello Lutz,

I have found out that 160 E would be about 203.60 prior to shipping costs. This is too high for my usage, as I shoot over 500 rounds a month in my Whisper. I will have to find a more economical choice. I appreciate the time and concern that you have shown. Maybe in the future the cost will be reduced with better manufacturing procedures. I'd bet a CNC automatic screw machine with copper rod on a large order could do it a little cheaper
