Frist AR-15 Build

38years + after my two vietnam tours with the Navy Seabees the old vet is building himself a AR-15. I may turn it in to a Retro early verson look a like but hes what we have so far. A E2 20" rifle kit from Sherluk marketing they have been attending the Pittsburgh gun shows for many years and there parts always looked good when saw what they had on there tables. So they have a ad in the Shot gun News E2 Rifle kit every thing but lower reciver $424.95 Plus $11.59 shipping to my door. Order by phone Dec18 recived it wed the 20th not bad! Complete Kit came boxed wrapped in white packing paper every thing was there and in perfect contition not a scrach or nick. Tge upper barrel assy came fully assembled, oiled seems to have been test fired, looks to be some quality parts, all small parts in a small plastic box. I ordered the stripped lower reciver from Essential arms a forged lower $77.00 I opted with the back Tough coat finish $3.00 extra $11.00 shipping to my FFl My total with shipping $524.00 not bad for all new parts will report on how it shoots. a Christmas and 60th Brithday present to my self!! LOL Moses
