Apparently it's BATF legal, why? I thought any device that lowered the sound more than 3 db. (2?) was considered a suppressor. Is there a loophole for shotguns? Is it legal because the length precludes it from being used for evil puposes? In other words would a fatter, shorter version still be legal?
Would this same ported approach work for that long barreled 45acp?
This 12 ga would serve my needs for backyard varmint control although with less accuracy(slugs) or range(shot). And just how do you quickly open a door or window and poke a five foot long barrel out?
