This is the first post on this forum for me and I'm glad I found it.

I have a Ruger M77MKII Sporter w/24" barrel w/Walnut stock. The action has been bedded, the barrel freefloated and I installed a Timney trigger.

I've changed the standard Mid hight scope rings for the Low hight scope rings and installed a Leupold Vari-xii 3x9x40. Please note that I've had this rifle for 4-5 yrs now and the scope ring change was done this year.

To date using the handloads that I've been playing with, the best groups are as follows:

100 yrds, 3 rnds, 0.118"

200 yrds, 3 rnds. 0.572"

I'm still playing with the loads (a never ending task) but it will consistantly group 3 rnds under 0.50" and most of the time if I do my part under 0.375".

I've recently changed powders and am working up to a new grouping.

Well this was my first posting here, and I'm hoping this forum grows.
