Anyone had a chance to shoot the LCP?

Hey everyone

I am looking to pick up a Ruger LCP and I have yet to shoot one.

What are they like? Has anyone had an issues with it cycling like the Keltechs?

It seems like a great personal carry gun for the summer.

I have a hard chrome P3AT, never any real issues, the only things that have happened were failures to feed when the gun is limp wristed by someone who doesn't know how to shoot it. I've had 1 hangup in about 500 rounds, fail to feed but it was likely a limp wrist, holding on with 2 fingers is difficult at times.

I have held a LCP, they have a much nicer fit and finish. As much as I hate supporting ripoffs, I'd probably have bought it over hte P3AT.

I held a LCP in my hand yesterday at the local gun shop. It is a much nicer fit and finish then my Keltec, it has a slide lock feature and what seems to be a smoother trigger pull. I considered swapping my Keltec towards it, but they have gone down so far in value that I didn’t want to give it away for the $150 I was offered. I decided to wait until the Rugers come down in price just like the Keltecs did. I also have never had a problem with my Keltec, but I probably only have a couple hundred rounds through it though.
