I think we have a pre patent Buck-184. Need Help with ID

Hello...I am putting up a Buck-184 on eBay and as I read through buck-184.com I relized that we have a pre-patent Buck 184 that a consigner brought in.

I will attach some pics of the knife and if at all possible can someone verify that I was reading the site correctly.
