Craftsman Commercial lathe difference?

Good afternoon. I recently purchased a Craftsman Commercial 12" Lathe and some idiot had pounded on the end of the bed with a hammer or something right where the I.D. plate is. As luck would have it, the number most mangled could be either of two numbers, 0 & 9. The model no. is 101.28900 or 101.28990. What is the difference in these two lathes so I can determine which # to use. If it helps, the ser. # is 101.760. I'm also looking for a manual and a good source of parts (not for the lathe, it's in perfectshape), or might I say, accessories.
Thanks for any help.
