Question RCBS equipment

Gents

I live in the UK and I am trying to purchase the below products. Would you direct me to a shop in the states so I can contact them. The problem is that some USA companies will not sell outside the states

Thanks in advance

Adrian B

1. A 2 gang .311 bullet mould without handles

2. A .311 bullet sizer die. "for my RCBS Luber"

3. A bullet nose punch to suit the above

I would try Huntington's:

I don't know all the ins and outs of exporting, but those don't sound like dangerous products to me. Of course, I didn't think private ownership of any guns was allowed there anymore...

RCBS items

Have you tried dealing directly with RCBS? I hope you already know this, but customer service at RCBS is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! EVERY company should use them as a model for customer satisfaction. I am certain they could either send you what you need or at least direct you to someone who would. x

Exporting from USA to UK

Adrian,

You sound to be coming up against the same problem that I have encountered in the past. I tried importing a Marble's tang rearsight for a 336 Marlin and was unable to get anyone to play ball! Since the US authorities started to become paranoid about accessories, it has become increasingly difficult to import to the UK from the US.
Not only is there some paperwork to fill in, but there is a cost for the documentation and then a time delay.
If a US supplier is not already undertaking exports, they seem to be loathe to get involved.
My 'solution' has been to approach UK retailers who have arrangements to import in place and piggyback orders with them. Obviously, the retailer will require re-imbursing but that is only reasonable. The alternative would be to make a private purchase IN the US and then personally import. You may need to contact BATF or whatever they are now called, to clarify the position.

Rgds

Andy
