Air riveter usage?

Has anyone tried to use an air/pneumatic riveter during the build up of a kit?

I know guys have done it when building 1919a4s but I really think it is a pretty bad idea when trying to build AKs! The Bolt cutter method is pretty inexpensive or you could pound with a hammer and a rounded buck and get good enough results without the use of air tools...

The AK receiver is not real forgiving and those rivets can be a bugger when they start to bend the wrong way...

I welcome other oppinions however as I never tried it...

I tried the rivits on a set of rails and had no problem with them. I also used them on the trigger guard and it was great. They may not look factory but they do work very well.

I use the air hammer method to do all of my trigger guard rivets ONLY..I use Plinker's jig for the rest of them.

The air hammer just is difficult at best to use for the other rivets and can put a bunch of smiley faces on your reciever if...and when it slips off!!!
