Hello All Just joined. I am hoping to learn a little bit more about the wood, and metal lathe! I have an Atlas metal lathe. The one that Sears put in Every ones basement. I also have a Sears wood lathe, I have used Them only for neccessities. but would like to do a bit more. Thanks for having Me on Your orum!

Talking Here is my Lathe!

http://whatisacnc.com/index.php?cID=125 there is the link to a picture of a lathe I am building using a blower motor as a spinal.

Check out the fiberglass work, I managed to add paint to the resin and it looks aces.

The machine will be three axis and the motors will be attached soon, more details will be provided as I round up construction
