I received an e-mail from someone that has a copy of the Lathe CD that I have been selling and they discovered that I am missing a figure that is referenced in the manual. I double checked my original and it looks like that page must have been a pull out chart and it was removed from my manual at some point in the past.

I've searched through the rest of files looking for a wall chart of this but haven't found anything (doesn't mean it's not there somewhere, but ...)
