Silencers are not illegal in the US - they just need to be registered.

You would need the form 1 approved before starting a project like this and if I am not mistaken. Also you can only manufacture one tube for the serial number registered.

I don't think that they are the brightest bulbs in the bunch if testing a suppressor out for the first time with a 44 magnum (probably non subsonic load), without eye or hearing protection. Also, their design with electrical tape leaves a little to be desired if paying $200 for a tax stamp.

If some people's brains were dynamite, they wouldn't have enough to blow their nose.

If they are in the US, either a form-1 or be on an SOT.

If they are an SOT, then they are going to go out of business real fast with electrical tape and PVC suppressors.

Apparently you missed the "we just built this like 10 minutes ago" Freudian slip. I'm also willing to bet these morons aren't SOT's as their suppressor manufacturing technique is a bit, shall we say, rudimentary...
