Got 2215fps with a 125 with my 10.5" bbl today with the new cartridge!

T2, thats pretty fast! right in there with my 30-30 but it has a 20 incher. good goin'.
Was this just a velocity check or did you do some accuracy work with it ?

Just velocity, but I did end up with a nicle little group of around 3/4" +/- at 100 yds

500 yds. The target is the size of the kill zone of a IDPA human silhouette.




This is as fast as I can get on and hit the 500 yrd steel target next to the silhouette.

Nice work Alleycat...glad you weren't shooting at me I need to ream a muzzle brake to 30 ca for you to see what effect that has. I'll also look around for some 135 Match Kings......

COVERT: 220SMK, 1040fps @200yds on a piece of 10"x10"x5/8" armor plate..

Old POS camera and getting eaten alive by horse flies so sorry for the flier and delay between shots!

Yes mechanical engineer along with some science, at work now but it was with aa#9
