.458 Socom

I have been envisioning a new build and thought I would ask for opinions.

I've got a surplus Yugo Mauser that I was thinking about re-barrelling to .458 SOCOM. Does anyone have any experiance with the cartridge in a bolt gun platform? Any areas of concern? What is the common thread pattern for suppressors of this caliber?

I was thinking about building this on my brother's lathe as the idea seemed straight forward. I'm also not against letting someone else do the work if its above my paygrade!

Opinions and thoughts are welcome!

Thanks
