"Universal Lion Intermachine Corporation" anyone heard of them??

Hey, my shop recently acquired this lathe and the transmission doesn't work. I'm trying to find any technical data/repair guides I can for it but I can't find a single reference for this company anywhere online. If anyone has any information at all or any sources to point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
