The Sierra 30-30 bullets should perform well at Whisper velocities as they are designed with a lower velocity threshold in mind. The trouble is they usually won't feed well in an AR.

Brassfetcher did not test anything at BLK velocities. The ammo was downloaded to simulate an 80 yard impact.
