Howa 1500 Questions

I keep seeing that the Howa 1500 is recommended for the 300 Whisper in a bolt action because it doesn't have the exjection problems associated with alot of other rifles when using such a short case. Is there a dealer that sells ready to go Howa 1500 rifles chambered for the Whisper (or any of its various names)?

Maybe also a CZ rifle?
Or a Remington Model-7 in 17 Fireball?

I was looking at a used CZ that was for sale here a while back. After learning that the CZ's use a set trigger I lost interest. The Model 7 would be a possibility but it is as yet unvetted and I don't know if there will be extraction problems. The Howa seems to be proven for use with the 300W case without problems and the price is certainly right so what's not to like.

I sent Spook a PM to see what he can do for me. Thanks for the replies.

The Howa is a great action. A lot of times you can find new Weatherby Vanguards cheeper then the Howa and they are the same gun made in the same plant.

The Howa works great, they are recommended for good reason.
