Buffers and Springs

What buffers and springs are you guys using? I am building an ar and I am going to order a Wolff spring but I am not sure which one to get.
Is anyone using a Spikes Tactical buffer?

I am just using a stock spring and unmarked rifle buffer.

I have to get a new battery for the kitchen scale to weigh it though.

The rifle cycles subsonic ammo perfectly with the correct powder charge for 175s and up.

I haven't tried 150s SS yet but I bet they would cycle with the right powder.

The rifle is a 10.5" with a pistol position 3 way adjustable block.

The heavy Spikes Tactical buffer is great for overgassed guns shooting supersonic loads. It is designed to slow the action down and reduce felt recoil.

For subsonic loads in a 300 Whisper, you want a lightweight buffer (standard) and a normal or lighter spring to enhance the ability of the action to cycle on a smaller gas impulse.
