Blue Dot with Mid Weights

I got a chance to load and chrono about 10 rounds today and try some Wolf Primers. AR15, 10 1/2" barrel with gas block in pistol position and Colt half circle unshrouded carrier. These shot and cycled well with no sighns of pressure. 6.5grs Blue Dot with 150gr FMJ flat base COL 2.200 went 1050fps. 6.5grs Blue Dot with 175 FMJ BT COL 2.200 went 1011fps. 9.5grs Lil Gun with 220gr Horn RN COL 2.100 went 1079fps.

Hi Fritz,

All cycled?
How did they group?
Are you going to use the Blue Dot strictly for sub-sonic?

I have an interest in .300Whisper data with Blue Dot as I have quite a bit of it and it is one of the powders that I have not experimented with (yet).

I have been primarily playing with W296, AA1680, Lil' Gun & Reloder 7.

Also looking for any info on supersonic loads in the 150-175gr weights.

Keep The High Ground,

G

All cycled well and no pressure sighns, but I was not shooting off a bench for accuracy, just resting forearm on a bow rack to shoot over chrono. They were around 1" groups @ 50yds, but they will do better than that.
