But some of extra perceived noise is the automatic gain from video's microphone.

Try some recording at different distances away - be interesting to hear what the sound is like at 50 yards for example.

You got a velocity for that load? It is sounding a bit supersonic to me.

Have you tried 10 grains? I tend to take 3 loads out with 0.3 spacing (eg 10, 10.3, 10.6 etc) and chrony that while testing for accuracy. Hit the node and suddenly ... there is the sound of silence.

I'm now at 10.4 grains of AA-1680 .. I haven't taken the time to chrono the load..

Good stuff but I'm still hearing a supersonic crack there - I'd love to hear a 10 grain load.

Have you tried for accuracy at 100 yet?

I've shot it as far as 300 yards and it opens up to MOA at 300 yards ..
No video though.
