phrobis m9 P2 black handle & scabbard

I have a phrobis m9 P2 3 line early 9 with no reverse markings on ricasso silver blade and blood groove with black handle and black phrobis scabbard (has fish logo )has a warning lable on front of scabbard
is this a US or international issue or switch of parts???

Sounds like someone switched around parts. The Phrobis marked blade with no Buck markings on the opposite ricasso is a government contract blade. These were made in OD. Your scabbard definitely sounds like a commercial scabbard. The commercial M9s with black hardware had dark blades.

What's a P2?

many thanks for confirmation I suspected a switch of parts.
p2 was blade marking reference from new m9 book

OK, I have the book but haven't read through it yet. Scanned a few things and looked at the pictures, that's about it.
