Stevens 200?

I saw a post on the Hide about a Savage B&C stock fitting with a Stevens 200.

Anybody built a 300 WTF on a stevens 223?

I have a new B&C A2 tatical/varmint for a savage collecting dust.

You need to figure out if the stock is the same as the reciver since they changed to centerfed stuff which changed to bolt pattern.

Titleii, he said he droped his Stevens right into it and the only thing he had to do was scrape the barrel channel on one side. But the action screw holes lined up fine. Im waiting to see if any others have tried it yet

I built a 300 wtf on a Savage long action 223, a couple tweaks were needed for ejection issues, (larger extractor ball, a little file work on the ejector)
as to the stevens 200 action, you really need to measure the action screw spacing to determine what you have& what you can make work.
