stretchiest material

Do any of yall know what the most flexible, stretchy, abrasion resistant, rip resistant material is? I`m thinking it is along the lines of a high tech elastomer, but I could be wrong. Answers are very much appreciated. I`ll be very happy if you give me an answer. :)

I think abrasion resistant/rip resistant is usually opposite of flexible/stretchy...
