My latest project

Integral 7.62x39. On the cheap.


Spanish Mauser action, 10" .308 barrel, and 8" of suppressor. Very quiet with 180 gr cast and red dot.

Barrel is not ported. There is a collar at the breech end that is press fitted and then silver soldered to the barrel. The 10" barrel is threaded and an alignment collar was fitted the end that holds the tube in alignment along with the collar at the breech end. This center collar was ported to take advantange of the space around the barrel. The outer tube was drilled at the end of the parrel and plug welded to the collar at the end of the barrel. The breech end of the tube was welded to the breech collar and turned on the lathe. A steel blast baffle with 5 aluminum k baffles and 1 welded end cap completes the assembly.
