Professional Ordnance Carbon 15 bolt

My boss' brother has one of these with a broken bolt and we're trying to find a replacement.

I've done some searching and cannot find any bolts anywhere, mil-spec bolts won't fit as these bolts are rounded similar to an E3 bolt. Does anyone know where to find one? I've considered rounding the lugs on a mil-spec bolt but the headspace won't be right as the carbon 15 has .005" shorter lugs.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Can one of these be rebarreled easily? I slid the handguard forward and the nut is completely different, I can make a spanner for it. I haven't messed with it much to determine how it comes off completely.

Does anyone have any tips for me?

Thanks,
Jon

No ideas from anyone?

I think he's about ready to take a mil-spec bolt and round the outsides of the lugs.
