Welding Website Feedback Requested

Hello,

We have recently completed a corporate website (http://www.ebwelding.com) for our company, Electron Beam Welding Associates, which specializes in Electron Beam Welding services and Helium Leak testing. I was hoping I could get some feedback on the website design and usability. Also, I would be interested in knowing about other welding company websites that would be considered "showcase" examples. Many industry websites have sort of a "homespun" feel to them. I would like to see some good examples of welding related websites that are both professional and use good marketing techniques.

Lastly, have any of you found the web to be useful as a marketing venue? How much of your business is generated by your website? Do you get many leads from having a web presence?

Thank you in advance for your answers.
