trust for SBR and suppressor

Hello, I set up a Trust a few years ago and transferred all of my firearms to it. Now I want to SBR my AR and purchase a suppressor for it. Can I use the same trust or do I need to make a new one especially for NFA items?

Thanks,

You can use the existing Trust.

Some people just use a template or cheap software to create their Trusts but it won't necessarily have firearm or NFA specific wording in it except for where you list your already existing items.

Is this necessary?

Probably not but I had a local lawyer draft my Trust and it has a section to explain the firearms terms and NFA specific language.

I own several suppressors and an SBR, all are personal rather than Trust. Do the Trust, it is a much better way to go.

Suppressed SBRs on an AR platform are fun, but do take some tweaking, be ready.
