Thumbs up Starline taking .300 Whisper in consideration

Dear fellow members.
A while ago I sent an e-mail to Starlinebrass with the proposition to ad the .300 Whisper cases to their assortment.
Yesterday, I got an e-mail from Mrs Debbie Beischer.
They are taking the .300 Whisper in consideration for production!!!
Lets hope the best of it for now.
You might support the production by sending an e-mail to

info@starlinebrass.com

The more demand there would be, the bigger the chance for factory brass, with correct headstamp

Starline 300 brass

Hey is anyone still working this? I was wondering what case length they would be or who's measurements they would be?

I've bought brass from 2 or 3 different sources and they use different brass and different measurements. I have one group that's formed from Federal 223 and it's 1.400. My chamber won't handle it so I have to trim before I even use it.

I'd love to buy about 500 or 1K pieces of consistent brass to work with.

I don't know why a company would produce a brass that you can make from existing brass that is so cheap it is almost free.

Cool

Perhaps for the same reason that companies supply .270 and .280 cases, both easily made from cheap .30-06 brass. Or .243/.260/7-08/.338 Fed/.358 brass which can be made from cheap .308 cases. If there is a demand, then it will be met.

I agree. If they can make a specialty brass for the same price they make regular brass, and then sell it at an increased price, why not?

Even if they only make it in limited runs, they'll still get a good return on investment.
