AR PISTOLS

Now that the Clinton ban has hit the history books, is it legal to build an AR pistol?

Yes, just make sure that the lower receiver you get is registered as a pistol or has never been used on a rifle and u get it registered as a pistol...

you could during the ban but it had to be under 49oz i believe.
