Bullets not seating stright in cases.

I have both the Redding and Hordnady dies and using 221 Fireball cases.
I end up with .005 to .010 bulge on one side of the case most of the time.
I have checked the OAL and is good. This happens with all style of bullets.
Also have checked OAL of case in chamber before loading. Any help out there? Thank You,
Smitty

I had this same problem with virgin 221 brass. Once you fire form and resize they will seat perfectly.. That being said make sure your extra carefull that you do not have any split or weakened necks on the formed cases. Shooting these in your gun could result in a KB and cause you serious injury.
