Cammo'd USMC

Just got me a nice Buck M9 USMC, one reason i went fo rit was the unit applied sand splinter cammo, shame the puch didnt make it.

What are the blade markings? Too bad the pouch is missing. It was obviously on the scabbard when it was painted.
