AR 45 integeral build done

I have been waiting for my SRT Integeral barrel to come home
and become married to the CNC AR45 lower and its now done.

It may be awhile for video, the camera is at a shop for warrrrranty repairs.
They look like K baffles

Sounds like my SWR Trident or my AAC Evo 9 on
my AR 9mm.
It has been said that a 22lr with a can is not hearing safe if
many rounds are shot.
I could not wait to just test it so I shot a 30 rnd mag in the dark at a dirt backstop 50 yrds and it didnt bother my ears.
