I'm sure that everyone has seen the results of the XM9 auction by now. Hats off to crayj for a fantastic deal. Wasn't there any other interest out there in the M9 collecting community? I'd love to get some feedback on this.

I was interested as well but the pockets and bank statement are dry. I have been seeing accross my various bad habbits that more and more less common things are showing up for sale and they are selling for less then I would expect.

It is a great time to add to a collection or to start a collection!

I debated selling a few of my extra bayonets off but I am really not sure that it is a good time to be doing so. It is definately a buyers market right now!

Folks, I can tell you that I am very pleased to get this bayonet, I honestly can say that I was prepared to pay more than It closed for.
It was flatly pointed out that I was “selling and buying”, the selling part attracted allot of attention and emails, but with little interst, in the end, I have sold the Chevron for 600.00 post auction, a lower price compared to the original Chevron wave that most of us experienced. As QB has stated and IMO, the current market is best for buying….
I will post the results of the XM9 when I get it.
Thanks all for the positive support.
