300/221 chamber reamer

Hello,
i´m new inside your forum, i come from germany and the caliber 300/221 is nearly unknown here and you have problems to get good informations about it or the hardware for it here,
so my question is if anybody knows a dealer where i can order a chamber reamer for 300/221
i would be pleased about every comment
Thanks

Welcome
Places to order reamers

SSK of course
http://www.sskindustries.com/

Brownell's ( http://www.brownells.com )
CLYMER ( http://www.clymertool.com )
http://www.z-hat.com/ReamerList.htm

the confusing part is that only SSK can license use of 300 whisper name
so you will find the reamers under other names 300 Fireball, or 30-221 or 300/221 for example.

Your gunsmith can also use a 221 fireball chamber reamer then follow it with a 30cal neck reamer to get the same effect, which might be cheaper. You'll also use 221 fireball headspace gages to check for chamber depth.

Dave Manson reamers is another good one....

I've done 7 or 8 barrels so far with the reamer I got from them and it works great. Its listed as a 300-221. Price was reasonable too.

Yep, It's an option with some - It's been a long time since I had anything like that I did. But ask 'em.

I would never rent a tool like this, if you own it then you always have it whenever you want to use it
the advantage we have here in germany is that the value of the $ is so low and the euro´s value is so high
if i would buy this chamber here in germany at Triebel-guntools then i would have to pay 189 euro for it, that are at about 290$, so buying outside my country is always cheaper then buying inside
