WSR Primers?

I'm seriously considering getting into the .300 fireball game and haven't seen much info on primer selection. Most loads seem to be using Fed 7 1/2 or BR primers, but I have 5k of Winchester WSR's on the shelf. Is there any institutional knowledge on those for .300 xxx?

I shoot as much .223 as I can afford, but have been avoiding loading for it so far. I'm thinking if I'm going to do the case prep and workup I'd rather make it worthwhile and make my brass easier to find on the range ;)
