For the complete assembled upper, dies and as much brass as I can find laying around thats already formed I'm asking $300. I bought the upper from del-ton a year and a half ago for 450. The upper is a flat top with carbine port postion. I have a PM with these terms, back to the first person who PM'd me...I'm awaiting reply.
