Actually I am French, I have been living in the UK for 7 years.
Now I am in New Zealand where starline brass should be available. but all my toys are in France because I have not made my mind yet of where I want to leave. Once I know where I want to live, I will start my project in either country. But also France is part of nato, the UN and the G8, it is not always perceived as a friendly country regarding the export from the US of ammunitions and its components. Some things are hard to find over here.
