The Craftsman 101 is a rebadged Atlas 6" lathe. Check ebay for going prices and they aren't cheap. Look at the flat ways for grooves and wear, check for the threading gears they are seperate. See how much slop there is in the handwheel and all the screws, there will prob be some. Some had roller bearing headstocks the rest were just plain bearings. See how much tooling comes with it and is useable. This is just a rough idea but it will get you going...Bob
