Looking for load advise... 130-gr for 10.5-in 1:8 twist
I finally did it... I just ordered a new set of 300 Fireball dies from Redding and a box of Hornady 130-gr Single Shot Pistol bullets so that I can try to work up a load for deer this fall with my 300/221 Bolt-Action AR-15 pistol...

I am curious if there is anybody other than me that visits and posts here and if so does anybody have experience loading a short barreled (Mine is 10.5-inches ) 300/221?

I am looking at having five deer tags this fall and by god I would love to get at least one with the pistol if I can!
