You don't have to do it that way but it sure is the way I would do it!
Also, if paying your taxes I would consider spending the $60 or a little more for a Global receiver plus the fees they charge for a custom serial number... Unless, you like how your flats or blanks come out...
I like my builds from Flats but the 100% receiver builds do look a little better.
