It would seem to me for it to really be worth anything wouldnt it have to be untouched, By that I meen as no-one has ever touched it with a wet stone nor has anyone ever reshaped the blade, along with all its original accessorys.
I know some times pics can be decieving but looks like a lot of scratches on the blade and the edge looks funny. I am in no way an expert but I have dabbled a little, so it is only an oppinion
