Good News. Got a hold of the man who made the can, told me to soak it (in wd40 or Penetrating oil) overnight, take it apart clean up and then coat the parts in copper anti-seize.
I did that and it did the trick. Quiet on 16" rifle and 5 1/2 " pistol.
